Children Create Their Own Dream Houses from Clay

At the Kempten Museum in the Zumstein House, children from six years old can turn their own ideas of the perfect home into reality. During the workshop “Imaginative – Dream Houses from Clay”, individual small buildings are created from the moldable material.

From 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, creative design is the focus. Young participants are allowed to design their own dream house and build it from clay. There are no limits to imagination: whether unusual shapes, special rooms, or a completely personal house model – each result can look different.

Creative Workshop for Children

The program is aimed at children aged six and up and combines artistic work with the playful development of their own ideas. Clay can be shaped and transformed so that from an initial idea, step by step, a small dream house can emerge. The workshop thus offers space for creative experimentation and individual design.

The venue is the Kempten Museum in the Zumstein House at Residenzplatz 31 in Kempten. The museum's rooms provide an appropriate setting for working with clay. The workshop will take place on October 10, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
