I received excellent advice and support here for my flooring project. Overall, I'm really impressed with how I'm treated as a customer. I've never felt like I'm bothering anyone; rather, they're happy to interrupt their work to provide me with information. This is very pleasant for me and not something I'm used to from other hardware stores! However, sometimes there is a lack of staff, and as a result, no one is available or you have to wait longer.
