We just stayed there for one night &, to be honest, had it been more, we would‘ve moved the hotel. Old building - which would be okay - but it smells like old cigarette smoke everywhere. Unfortunately, that creates a headache, and opening the windows doesn’t help because it must be deep in the walls and cloths. Also, it doesn‘t seem super clean - esp. the bathroom (dusty floor - we don‘t wanna know if they wiped it and cleaned the sanitary facilities).

Conveniently located to town center. Many high quality restaurants and stores in close proximity. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Several parking options are available. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and private with thick walls. The kitchen was equipped with adequate supplies and dishware. Cooktop, oven and dishwasher are helpful for quick meals. The shared upper deck is excellent for cool evenings or quiet mornings. Location was very safe. We are looking forward to returning to Kempten and thank you for an excellent experience.

For 100 euros, a room for one person but with two small beds next to each other doesn't really make a double room. On top of that, the beds have wheels and at night the beds kept rolling apart from each other. Bathroom is really small. No dishwashing liquid for the sink inside the apartment. This place really charges prices of a hotel in Munich center when Kempten is just a small village. Breakfast not included. It costs 7 euros extra. Before leaving, we checked if we left anything behind and checked under the bed. There was a lot of dust. Apparently, they do only surface/optic cleaning.

Cosy, super service, breakfast buffet standard german menu. Delicious homemade cherry jam. 5 min walk to St. Lorenz Basilika. Took a 15min walk through the lanes behind the guest house, it was beautiful to see the old architecture.

Do not come here....the breakfast is very bad..it always missing cheese and coffee, we clean the room before we leave but because we didn’t dry the dishes they make me dry it!!! I wash the dishes and threw the garbage but that is not enough!!! We must dry it and put in the closet!!! And there are no parking for the car!!! It’s very rude.
