Bikecheckpoint | Opening Hours & Bicycle Service

Bikecheckpoint in Kempten is the right address for anyone who values a direct, uncomplicated process when it comes to bicycle service, repairs, e-bike sales, and rentals. The business at Brodkorbweg 10 presents itself as a bicycle shop with a workshop that not only handles classic repairs but also inspections, e-bike services, modifications, and the sale of new and refurbished bikes. Particularly striking is the consistently customer-oriented approach: test rides available, parking spaces in front of the house, many e-bikes to choose from, and the option to check in the bicycle online or bring it directly. The website also emphasizes that bikes of all brands and manufacturers are serviced and that service, friendliness, and passion for bicycles are at the core of the offering. According to its own description, Bikecheckpoint is backed by a passion for bicycles that dates back to the early 1990s. ([bikecheckpoint.de](https://bikecheckpoint.de/))

For search intents related to Bikecheckpoint Kempten, Bikecheckpoint opening hours, Bikecheckpoint repairs, and Bikecheckpoint e-bike service, it is especially important that the website provides very specific information. The shop operates with clear opening hours, a simple contact option via phone and email, and a transparent workshop model where the scope of work and costs are discussed in advance. Additionally, there is a rather rare mix of classic bicycle workshop and sales: customers find not only help with flat tires, squeaky brakes, or a sticking gear shift but also options when purchasing, support in assembling online bikes, and specialized help for mechanical and electronic e-bike components. This combination makes Bikecheckpoint interesting for people seeking quick assistance without major hurdles while also preferring personal advice. Bikecheckpoint Opening Hours and Service Days

Those searching for Bikecheckpoint opening hours will find a very clear and compact structure on the website. On Mondays, it is open from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, on Tuesdays from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, on Wednesdays also from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and on Fridays from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The shop is closed on Thursdays and Saturdays. These times are not just a footnote but an important part of the search intent, as many users want to check before a visit whether the trip to the workshop is worthwhile or if they can bring their bike on the same day. Especially for repairs or a spontaneous breakdown, such an overview is crucial as it saves time and prevents unnecessary trips. The website repeats this information in several places, indicating that reliability and easy planning are part of the service promise. ([bikecheckpoint.de](https://bikecheckpoint.de/))

In addition to the opening hours, Bikecheckpoint distinguishes between regular opening hours and specific service days on its own page. It is described that on Mondays, pick-up and sales consultation take place, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, acceptance for the workshop is scheduled, and on Fridays, pick-up and sales consultation are again the focus. This is practical for customers as it clarifies when a visit is more suitable for dropping off a bicycle and when it is more appropriate for picking up or receiving purchase advice. Those who want to check in their bike online can book their desired appointment online or simply come directly to the workshop. After that, consultation and planning follow, the professional execution, and finally the completion notification via SMS. This process is remarkably transparent and builds trust, as the path from problem to solution remains easily traceable. ([bikecheckpoint.de](https://bikecheckpoint.de/))

From an SEO perspective, the topic of opening hours is important because it is often associated with terms like opening hours, today, spontaneous, without an appointment, or just drop by. Bikecheckpoint meets this expectation very well, as the website signals not only fixed times but also flexibility. Several customer testimonials on the site report that they received help spontaneously or without an appointment, and this feedback aligns with the official representation of the workshop. For local searches, this is a strong advantage: those looking for a bicycle shop in Kempten or the Allgäu with honest, clear communication get immediate orientation here. Instead of complicated booking processes, direct contact is emphasized, complemented by a phone number, an online check-in, and a workshop that sees itself as an easily accessible point of contact. ([bikecheckpoint.de](https://bikecheckpoint.de/fahrrad-service-kempten/))

Bicycle Repair, Inspection, and Workshop Service

The workshop at Bikecheckpoint covers a wide range of repairs and maintenance work. Mentioned are inspections and safety checks, brake service, adjusting and repairing gears, chain replacement and drivetrain maintenance, wheel centering, replacing spokes, bottom bracket and internal bearing service, as well as repairing lighting and electrical systems. Additionally, there is fork service with cleaning, oil changes, and seal replacements, shock service with pressure and rebound adjustments, and the replacement and optimization of suspension components. This is a very comprehensive profile for a local bicycle shop and shows that not only standard problems are addressed but also technically demanding tasks are possible. Particularly helpful is the note that the workshop services bikes and e-bikes of all brands and manufacturers, meaning it is not tied to a single purchase. ([bikecheckpoint.de](https://bikecheckpoint.de/fahrrad-service-kempten/))

For many users, the prices and the process before a repair are also crucial. Bikecheckpoint states that the full bicycle inspection costs 80 euros and the e-bike premium full inspection costs 120 euros. The general workshop service follows the principle of only replacing what really needs to be replaced while other parts are repaired. Before the actual bicycle repair, the necessary work and costs are discussed together, giving the business a particularly transparent touch. The service page also explains that the first inspection is advisable after 300 to 500 kilometers and that subsequent inspections should occur every 2,000 kilometers or at least once a year. These notes make it clear that Bikecheckpoint is not only about acute repairs but also about preventive maintenance and long-term safety. ([bikecheckpoint.de](https://bikecheckpoint.de/))

When it comes to repair duration, the practical nature of the workshop becomes particularly evident. According to the website, a repair usually takes no longer than three working days, and smaller defects are often resolved by the next day. This is a strong argument for anyone who needs their bicycle daily and cannot accept long waiting times. Additionally, there is the note that even a dirty bike can be dropped off, but the workshop will then perform a cleaning and charge for the effort. Equally important is the clear communication regarding larger damages or accident damages: in such cases, a cost estimate is prepared in advance and discussed together. This creates a service image that focuses on fairness, sustainability, and traceability. For search queries related to bicycle repair, inspection, workshop service, and quick help in Kempten, this is exactly the kind of information that builds trust and makes the decision to visit easier. ([bikecheckpoint.de](https://bikecheckpoint.de/))

E-Bike Service, Sales, and Rentals

An important part of the offering is the e-bike service. Bikecheckpoint explicitly describes this as a service for all mechanical and electronic components and emphasizes regular training to keep the team up to date with technology. The detail page for the service additionally mentions that the workshop has expertise in the brands Bosch and Shimano. This is a strong signal for many e-bike riders, as a specialized perspective is important, especially with modern drives, displays, sensors, and software. On the FAQ page, Bikecheckpoint also mentions a flat-rate pedelec customer service for 29 euros and a software update for 25 euros. This means that e-bike service is not presented as an unclear special case but as a clearly definable service with understandable conditions. Therefore, those searching for bikecheckpoint e-bike service will find not only a general promise but concrete information about the scope and costs. ([bikecheckpoint.de](https://bikecheckpoint.de/fahrrad-service-kempten/))

In sales, Bikecheckpoint positions itself as a bicycle shop with new and refurbished bikes. The website states that high-quality models are offered at fair prices, including new and used e-bikes in top condition. On the service page, the range is described even more broadly: young used bikes from e-bikes to racing bikes to mountain bikes, thoroughly checked and lovingly refurbished. Additionally, new e-bikes of all brands are available. This is important for customers because the search for the right bike depends not only on technical condition but also on the price-performance ratio. Bikecheckpoint combines both aspects and simultaneously emphasizes test rides, which are explicitly possible. Those who want to test before buying thus have an easy opportunity to better assess the bike in everyday use. ([bikecheckpoint.de](https://bikecheckpoint.de/))

Rentals are also part of the location's profile. The website mentions e-bike rentals and sales, while customer testimonials on the site report that they rented e-bikes for several days and were very flexibly supported. This is a relevant aspect for anyone planning a tour in the Allgäu or needing a high-quality bike only temporarily. The rental thus complements the sales and workshop ideally, as it opens Bikecheckpoint to people who do not necessarily own an e-bike but still want to be mobile and active. In its external presentation, the offering is summarized with slogans like best service with heart, test rides available, parking spaces in front of the house, and many e-bikes to choose from. For search queries related to bikecheckpoint e-bike sales, bikecheckpoint e-bike rentals, and bikecheckpoint photos, this mix of selection, testing opportunity, and personal support is particularly attractive. ([bikecheckpoint.de](https://bikecheckpoint.de/))

Directions, Parking, and Payment Methods

The address of Bikecheckpoint is Brodkorbweg 10, 87437 Kempten (Allgäu). This clearly places the location within the city area and makes it directly findable for local searches. The website explicitly highlights that there are parking spaces in front of the house. This is especially practical for a bicycle workshop and a shop with e-bike sales, as customers can conveniently bring and pick up bicycles, accessories, or a defective bike. Those arriving by car benefit from an uncomplicated stop on-site, while people with bicycles or on foot can use the clear address for navigation. For SEO and local visibility, this point is particularly important, as search queries like bikecheckpoint parking or bikecheckpoint directions often aim for immediate orientation. Here, the website provides a clear, direct answer without unnecessary detours. ([bikecheckpoint.de](https://bikecheckpoint.de/))

Bikecheckpoint also shows itself to be customer-friendly and practical regarding payment methods. On-site, cash, EC card, credit card, and PayPal are accepted. Additionally, the website states that EC card payment is possible from 150 euros. This is relevant for many purchases or repairs, as it allows one to know in advance which payment method is best suited. Especially for spontaneous workshop visits, this transparency is helpful since repairs are often unplanned, and one does not want to search for a suitable payment option on-site. The combination of several payment methods and a transparent minimum limit strengthens the image of a daily operation that does not burden customers with unnecessary hurdles. For search terms like bikecheckpoint contact, bikecheckpoint parking, and bikecheckpoint opening, this covers not only the geographical but also the practical side of the visit well. ([bikecheckpoint.de](https://bikecheckpoint.de/ueber-uns/))

In addition to practical accessibility, there is a direct contact option via the Bike Hotline 0831 52717508 and the email address kontakt@bikecheckpoint.de. The website also shows that bicycles should be picked up after notification, and a storage logic applies: due to limited parking options, repaired bicycles should be picked up within four days after a call, otherwise a storage fee of 3.00 euros per day will be charged. This point is also helpful as it clearly regulates the process and prevents misunderstandings. For users, this is a sign that the workshop operates in a structured manner and that the drop-off of bicycles does not remain open-ended. Therefore, those searching for Bikecheckpoint Kempten receive not only opening hours and services but also a clear organizational basis for directions, drop-off, payment, and pick-up. ([bikecheckpoint.de](https://bikecheckpoint.de/fahrrad-service-kempten/))

Photos, Reviews, and History of Bikecheckpoint

Those searching for bikecheckpoint photos will find a dedicated gallery and several image areas on the website that visually complement the impression of the shop. The imagery supports the external presentation of a friendly, personal bicycle shop that does not appear as an anonymous branch but as a specialized workshop with direct contact to the team. This is also reflected in the repeated formulation Best service with heart. The website also highlights test rides, parking spaces in front of the house, and many e-bikes to choose from. This creates a clear first impression: it is not only about repairs but also about advice, selection, and real testing. For users who want to orient themselves online before a visit, such visual and content-related hints are important as they make the atmosphere and style of the shop tangible in advance. ([bikecheckpoint.de](https://bikecheckpoint.de/))

The reviews on the website confirm this image very clearly. Words like fast, friendly, competent, honest, uncomplicated, and fair repeatedly appear in the feedback. Customers report spontaneous help without an appointment, immediately resolved issues, fair prices, and that only truly necessary parts are replaced. Several voices also praise the personal approach of Marco and his team, as well as the fact that one can get repairs even with small concerns, such as with a gear shift, a bent part, or a flat tire. For search queries related to Bikecheckpoint reviews, this is particularly relevant as the reviews not only contain general praise but also provide concrete examples from the workshop's daily life. This way, the search interest for reviews is answered not with clichés but with tangible user experiences. ([bikecheckpoint.de](https://bikecheckpoint.de/))

The history of the business also contributes to brand perception. Bikecheckpoint describes itself as a place where passion for bicycles has been lived since the early 1990s. Marco Bader is introduced on the about us page as the owner, shop manager, and bicycle specialist who knows all types of bicycles and repairs each bike with great attention to detail. The company's own statement also emphasizes that a solid craft shop with heart is indispensable in Kempten and that Bikecheckpoint wants to be a reliable and helpful point of contact for repairs, inspections, and questions related to bicycles. This transforms a pure workshop into a clearly positioned specialist with personality. This history also aids in SEO as it fills search terms like bikecheckpoint photos, bikecheckpoint reviews, and bikecheckpoint brodkorbweg 10 with real content and distinguishes the brand from purely functional search results. I showed up about 10 minutes before closing time with a bent derailleur hanger. The team was incredibly helpful and very friendly. They repaired my derailleur hanger within 2 minutes, even though they were still quite busy, and only asked for a small donation to their coffee fund. I know who I'll be taking my bike to for its next service!

Excellent service! I dropped by on a whim and my bike was repaired just an hour later. A very friendly and competent team. From now on, this is my first choice for everything related to bicycles – you really know your bike is in good hands here.

Small but excellent. That perfectly describes this shop. They're incredibly helpful and solve every bike-related problem in the best possible way. And if, like me, you need your bike like others need their car... they offer a turbo repair service so your bike is back on the road as quickly as possible. Fair prices. I can highly recommend this shop to all cyclists, whether they ride e-bikes or regular bikes. Go and see for yourself.
